You have Original Medicare and a secondary plan (like a Medigap policy or Medicaid), and you've already met your annual deductible.
If you don’t have a secondary insurance we can help you research options and help you apply Have a Medicare Advantage plan with $0 co-pay or are through your out of pocket maximum for the year
- If you have out of pocket costs we will tell you BEFORE your first session. You will never receive a surprise bill from us.You have Original Medicare and a secondary plan (like a Medigap policy or Medicaid), and you've already met your annual deductible.
- If you have original Medicare the initial visit is approximately $15-20. For each appointment with the patient advocate, it is approximately $10-20
