I just wanted to come on, we've had quite a lot of diabetic patients that we have closely been working with. 7 and keeping you in that range, you know, making sure you're following a diabetic diet, getting regular A1c checks, glucose checks every three to six months will do blood work, which will include a glucose and an A1c.
If you're type two, same thing, you will have glucose and A1c. Sometimes if you are on insulin, then you do need to be checking your blood sugar to make sure that you're in safe range, you know, same thing for type one diabetes, possibly some of them need an insulin pump.
So how our advocates can help with any of this, you know, doing diabetic education, getting you in touch with a nutritionist or a dietician, we can get you in touch with those programs, working with your doctor, making sure your doctor is getting your referral and making sure you're getting appointments, if as far as for medications, if stuff is too expensive, we can do medication literacy, making sure you know what you're taking as far as for your, you know, glucometers, those are covered under Medicare, some of the advantage plans, it's just getting through the process, your doctor has to write an order and then usually submit that with documentation of why you need it.
So our advocates can help checking your benefits, checking formulary, making sure that you're getting the right order and we look forward to hearing from you and hopefully we'll be able to help you in your diabetic journey.
