Hi, it's Debbie from Understood Care. Wanted to come on today and talk to you guys a little bit about how we at Understood Care could help anybody that has been unfortunate enough to suffer a stroke. There's a lot of immediate stuff that will happen when you're hospitalized.

You'll have case workers and social workers and therapists and everything else that help you while you're in the hospital. And more often than not, once you're released from the hospital, you're normally admitted to a rehab center, depending on the severity of the stroke.

Sometimes if it's not that severe, you can go directly home from the hospital. as well as inhome physical occupational therapy, making sure you have home health care, all your follow-up appointments that you'll have to go to because now you'll have to add a neurologist to your list of care team providers.

This is something that understood care can help with as far as keeping your appointments all together, making sure all your doctors have the information that everybody else has, can also help arrange and coordinate and communicate with your home healthcare provider to ensure that you're getting all the services needed. We want to make sure that the ease in the process is as uncomplicated as possible for you.
