Hi everyone it's Amanda at Understood Care. Wanted to hop on and kind of go over a few things how our advocates can help. I know lately we have worked with quite a few patients for application processes so I kind of wanted to dive into this a little bit.
If you have a patient assistance for one of your medications, affordable housing, wheelchairs, medical equipment, anything really as far as maybe an appeal process with your insurance, these forms are lengthy, they are redundant and can be confusing. I do them, I'm confused.
We are here to help you with the whole thing. If you need help filling it out, questions, not sure what documents you need and you know just to help follow up as well because you do have to make sure you stay on these people to get what you need and hopefully we might be able to help you with that and we look forward to being there for you.
