So, we've gotten a lot of questions how our advocates can help with provider access, whether it be getting a new primary care, finding a dermatologist, pain management, endocrinologist. The list goes on.

What we can do as far as our advocates is if your doctor has placed a referral, then we can help you in making sure that referral is getting to the provider it's supposed to go to, coordinating appointment, if they need more information, we can contact your provider's clinical team, put in that request for you. If they do by chance say that they need to see you for an appointment, we can help you with your coordinated in-person or telehealth.

And then that way get that going and follow you through the process and you know, checking your network benefits, seeing who's in network, calling them to make sure that they're accepting new patients, that they take your exact plan, their referral process, so that way you don't have to sit on the phone and ask all these questions.
