As we get older we want to make sure you know that we're maintaining a healthy lifestyle whether it be having a proper diet, getting good exercise, sleeping well, making sure that you're keeping your annual physical exams, having regular three to six month checkups with your doctors, and also different support things for as we get older. Our advocates we can be there to educate you on this as far as recommending you know diet, getting a nutritionist, dietician, these things are available especially if you have certain health conditions and you know we can help make sure that you're keeping those appointments, getting them scheduled, also getting that exercise in which is important to keep moving.
So there are a ton of different activities there's silver sneakers, certain things that your local YMCA's you know our advocates can look into this for you, give you that information, help get you set up with those things if something you're interested in you know making sure that you're getting your rest that you need as well. And then just local support groups there are a ton out there with your senior centers, different health organizations, so we help kind of take that legwork off of you.
